I vote mesmer jp portal parked, then a reroll slot for key/mock up face before makeoverkit to test/hey check this game out make a character slot.

Give all the attunements 2 ammo with 8s recharge, allowing you to double attune quickly, but still can't jump very quickly across all 4.
Auto attack chains remember their step between attunement swapping. 1/4s cast 1&2; 1/2s cast on 3.
Water stance - 4s duration. Become immune to burning and other conditions applied have a 75% reduced duration. Being struck causes water to erupt from you, healing you for 225 (+.25*healing power). Can only occur once per second. +7.5 % base healing over now.
I'm just spouting stuff. No idea how this would ruin everything, but those are my 3 biggest problems with weaver - (water, mostly, though Twist is a bit long on CD imo) stances, autoattack speeds, and something - can't put my finger on it - about swapping attunements. It's super fun though.

I grab strength and defense or discipline.
D/D+GS or M/Sh. 55% crit 2400 power 210% crit damage before traits/boons.
Good fun and not near as optimized as I would like, but just keeps on keeping on.

I am running arcane(vigor on crit, boon on struck, 2% damage per boon) /fire(burn on crit,
Power > condition, persisting flames) /weaver(3-1-any are good, i use 2 normally).
Zerker/Grieving armor/weapon mix (traveler, just for cheap boon duration). Celestial trinkets. 33% boon duration and 50% endurance on swap on sw/dagger.
Try starting off fire/air to engage. 4>2>3>5 if you need to interrupt otherwise > earth > 3 > 4 > 5 > earth > 4 > 5 > 2 > if you need hp go water, if you need an interrupt go air, if you need more damage go fire. Try to double attune often (if #1 gm trait in weaver) and swap often. If you're ever unsure start leaning into earth, then water and alternate them until you're not needing to kite/okay on hp.
I keep twist of fate, the barrier stance, flash, andthe elite stance amd use them all liberally. Between the 2 defensive attunements, the utilities and the boon uptime I dont have issues in open world unless it's a bunch of ranged spaced out picking me off from all directions, or i need range (keep a stick or two in your bags).
I'm just a scrub but it's fun as crap.
