No, cs didnt told me what was the issue, just that it should be fixed.

I did search for common fixes like turn off firewall/reset router/clear cache, none of them worked but i did update cs ticket with the results to try to make it faster.

    > And that's what is really frustrating... I am pretty sure, that they are fixing the problem. And I heard this problem from other people. So why aren't they answering you with "Hey, we know your problem. We are already in the process of solving the problem."

    > That would be a decent feedback, which let us/you know that the support team read your ticket and is already about to find a solution. So we basically cannot know, if they may read the ticket in time but need longer to fix it as usual. So when the feedback doesn't come, it leaves us in the "uncertain" area, where we get really impatient because we think that our ticket is still in the queue of billions of other tickets.

    > So in my opinion, writing an answer like "Hey supporter 'xyz' is here, I read your ticket and am working on it, writing you again, if there are updates/next steps on your ticket/problem!" makes the time of waiting definitly more relaxed, because we know there is a support-hero who cares about me and my problem! That's how humans mind works.

Got my problem fixed in 4 days, once cs responded they where kind and got it fixed fast.

It would be nice if they had a thread regarding this issue that i guess is a safe lock for some accounts, that i think is great to avoid other account issues.

  3. Got it solved, had to open a ticket, once they responded cs got it fixed fast.

I tried 5 times before they fixed it, I didn't get charged in any of those attempts.

    > Yes of course, but what does that have to do with me? You said it ain't cheaper, I said it is and even showed it. If it's supported or not has nothing to do with your or OP's question. Also, I can not imagine Arenanet missing revenue on those gem-cards, because they are completely legal. A third company can't just put currency in the game, it has to come from somewhere. Now I understand why you have trouble counting, it's because you know Jack squad about economics. At least try to read better and keep stuff away from me that has nothing to do with my original answer.

It seems you cant read after all, or at least understand what you read. Let me explain it to you:

-This is a post regarding an issue anet has with his in-game gem purchase, it doesn't ask (or at least not me) where else can you buy gems.

-If anet has its supported retailers why should i or anyone give their cc information to other third party not supported sellers?

Seems like you know Jack squad about internet information security or transactions.

    > As we've said previously, each ticket or e-mail is handled individually, and response times can vary, depending on the issue at hand.

    >

    > You will receive an automatic response when you submit a ticket. If you do not receive such a response within an hour of submitting a ticket, then it's possible that the ticket did not get added to the system. In that *rare* case, you should create a new ticket and mention that you wrote (date and time would be helpful) on the same subject. **Critical: Look for the automatic response, and do not create a new ticket until you are *certain* that you did not receive it.**

    >

    > Most ticket are getting resolution in 24-48 hours. Some unusual cases will take longer.

No they dont, 3 days here and nothing, my only problem is with "Empty Window when trying to buy gems" that alot of players has.

  7. Welcome to this guide, you will learn in simple steps what to do in case of finding an issue when trying to buy gems in-game form BLTC:

    1. Realize you have an issue (usually you had tried to purchase gems more than once).

    2. Search for all the common fixes and try them: clear cache, reset router/game/pc, disable antivirus/firewall, give 10,000 uncommon dyes to the mystic toilet*.

    3. Search for all the post regarding this issue and comment your issue.

    4. Realize you need to make a costumer support ticket.

    5. Wait 24 hrs and start looking for gw2 support team response times and notice everyone says more than 3 days.

    6. Try again step 2 (maybe mixing the common fixes a bit), that will probably take you to step 1.

    7. Make your own new discussion.

    8. Wait some more while you consider if wasting money in the game is worth.

    9. Eventually get an answer from support, telling you to wait some more while they check your issue.

    10. Follow instructions from support and finally get your problem fixed.

    11. Try to remember what was that thing you wanted to buy.

*Mystic toilet fix hasn't been tested, this guide just mention it but does not recommend it nor encourage it.

Note: This experience may vary from past/present/future interactions with costumer support.
