Why is this bug still happening after like a year. I have been trying to do the story at the end of HOT for like 5 days now. About 6 times a day and I still get DC in video at the end. :( And then they bring another add on out POF instead of fixing the first issue. Unbelivable. NOT HAPPY

Hi, the title above says it all. Constant disconects while in story at the end of a video clip, sometimes with the film wheel above my head. I have been trying to do the last fight in HOT but get disconected at the end. I have killed the last boss 6 times now and it just DC me and i can not get past this bit of story. It goes to charecter screen and says lost conection to server error 7. something. I know its not my internet as i have tested it and had virgin come and check, so its got to be on Arenanet servers. Does any one know when this be fixed. Can Guildwars bosses get hold of them to sort it out because many many many people are having this, and looking at forums, its been going on for a year now. I am a returning player to GW. I paid for my game and the 2 add ons. I nead to get through my story but I cant. Im Not happy :(
