One more thing:

Assuming we have 3 legendary sets (light, medium, heavy), one of each weapon and all trinkets, what will happen with all extra ascended equipment? We can salvage it, yes, but it will generate tons of Balls of Dark Energy, any plan on putting a vendor or something to spend them on something useful?

Can confirm. I finished the achievement and only got light skin. I reported the bug, hopefully anet reponds soon.
