Sorry for the delayed response. I just went to each chest on the list for the Master Diver achievement one by one until I used all my keys. They seem to reset once you complete the achievement and go back to a chest on the list you've already opened.

Finally managed to use up my 20ish keys. Yay!

But seriously, thanks for working hard on trying to fix this, Anet. It's pretty obvious people were working late. It's pretty ridiculous to expect the devs to work overnight for the pleasure of a few spoiled brats.

There is communication about it on the known issues page. They are currently investigating. Considering a new Living Story episode is coming out next Tuesday, it's probably low priority in comparison. :P

Finally got the helm recipes today! Not sure if it's supposed to take that long for it to come up in her offerings or not but geez. @_@

I had noticed those notes but I've been checking every day for about 3 weeks and the helm recipe hasn't come up yet. Is it a rarer offering compared to the rest of the Bounty Hunter recipe books? o_O

Yeah, been noticing Elisa never has the helm recipe book in stock and wondered if there was something special I had to do for it. So I figured I'd check the forum for anything and here we are. Thanks for posting. At least I know I'm not the only one noticing the limited selection. Hopefully, it'll get fixed soon.

I assume you're talking about the swim speed infusions. I have a +13 on.

I'm also having this problem. I've completed Master Diver twice and I go down the list, 1 key per day. I got stuck on the third round, 6 out of 10 done. All the chests appear open now, even ones I haven't opened according to my checklist. I collected 1 key and checked the sunken chests each day since but no luck. Now have 4 keys. But before that, I'd only have 1 key in my inventory at a time so I don't think that's what broke it.
