better rewards and incentives to actually play ranked would be a good start

My Ranger account is stuck! Please help!

Not new to pvp in mmos i used to play a lot of ranked 3v3's in WoW once upon a time. I am playing Reaper and would like to have some buds to play with. Im pretty chill so no ragers win or lose just have fun. Mainly looking to learn atm in casuals but would like to get to the point of ranked.
