  1. Not Baubles, Bauble Bubbles. Unless there was a basic change to the functionality of the game there is a limit to the number of Baubles you can carry at any given moment within the box, so it's necessary to be able to remove them if you want. But Bauble Bubbles have no such restrictions and should absolutely be a currency.

I love World 1-2. The trees, it was the first zone in GW2 to have the height and multi-layeredness that would eventually be Maguuma Wastes design aesthetic. The Worm is great. The intro of the poison lake is funny, even though he dies. The Cool Spiders that don't live anywhere else. It is just an all around fun world to explore.

I don't think I took advantage of Weekly Vendors, so nothing comes to mind. I don't even know what would be relevant.

New World, I want to go into the caverns, I hope we can get more rapids. Having an underwater zone would be cool. I just want to continue the game, but maybe at World 1 lengths not World 2 lengths. If you can come up with a cool SAB Beetle track, I would be into that too. SAB mount pack would not be remiss.

    > I missed playing Season 1 because I wasn't sure if GW2 would last honestly. Now that content is locked for everyone. Is there a way for characters to begin in Season 1 and transition after that story-line much like Pre-Searing in GW1?

I just finished watching two separate videos about Season 1 with clips and dialogue, and I forgot so much of that. It is amazing how obvious all the events of HoT become through the lense of Season 1. I would love to play it again, but at the same time I don't know that it would be an enjoyable chapter. So much of the instances were just conversations happening with other characters without our interaction having to do with it. All the events were major world events taking multiple people. It would be a raid at minimum to recreate most of the parts. To do it solo I can't imagine how to do it justice.

So, the Holosmith sword also wouldn't be considered a holo weapon. It's a lightsaber. The Holosmith weapon set, while in emitter mode, though, don't really have a source, they just are. I haven't actually seen these weapons yet. I'm hoping the shield looks good, since I'm making a sword shield smith and would like to try that instead of the crystal shield from achievement scores. If not, then possibly a set for my Scarlet knockoff.

My experience with that channel suggests it effects intensity. If you put a bright color in there you get a consistently bright glow, if you put a dark color in there you get a more subdued glow.

  7. How does someone explain aesthetics? They're subjective. If you don't like the skins, having someone explain why they do isn't likely to change your opinion.

What don't you find appealing about them, is just as relevant a question.

    > It's a weird turn considering the previous mount skins were obtainable with RNG liscences. The first pack was made for the Warclaw and I already didn't like it, but I just assumed it was because the mount was made for a separate mode. But this one is for PvE. It could be that it's a premium mount or that you need to have living world season 4 in order to unlock it, but yet again the griffon and the roller beetle are avalaible in mount liscences. So what makes the skyscale different?

ANet makes mounts. ANet releases mount bundles for all the mounts as well as individual unique skins. ANet releases the Roller Beetle and says beyond a shadow of a doubt, old bundles will not be updated to include Roller Beetle. ANet release unique skin for Roller Beetle. ANet releases Roller Beetle skin pack. ANet releases Warclaw. ANet releases Warclaw skin pack. ANet releases Skyscale. ANet releases unique skin for the Skyscale. There is confusion as to why ANet would then release a Skyscale skin pack? I've been wondering when they would get around to it. The only thing that confuses me is why there wasn't a unique skin for the Warclaw, but I suppose it's niche enough for them not to. At the same time the Warclaw is my only mount on my second account, so if it's good I might just go for it.

  9. I guarantee you've gotten all the answers you need by now, but I don't feel like reading them, and I want to give me own.

So yes, the times are the same times they were released with. Some of the times are extremely tight with a fully Mastered Beetle, so it may be too much to ask to shave 5 seconds on a rental. I have two accounts, one of which has the Beetle and I know I wasn't able to manage full gold achievements on the Rental account.

While it may be my opinion, the degree of difficulty for the five tracks is:

    5) Gendarran Fields

    4) Diessa Plateau

    3) Brisban Wildlands

    2) Mount Maelstrom

    1) Snowden Drifts

If you want to practice racing in general, run through Gendarran Fields. When you're ready for some tight turns Diessa Plateau has a couple. When you're ready to tear your hair out and gouge out your eyes, head over to Snowden.

I'm actually amazed it hasn't come up, but Dragon Bash has a pretty good track also that you should try. It has one serious drift turn, and a second less serious one.

As for binding keys, you shouldn't need the Beetle unlocked to bind it because the second key is universal. All you need to do is complete the first mission in PoF and unlock the Raptor, which will allow you to bind mount keys. OR, I think, unlock the Warclaw in WvW which doesn't require any story playing, but does require WvW play. Also, this will allow you to unbind mount skill 1 from space, so that you can jump without boosting.

  10. I didn't see a problem. I did my first Stampede Wednesday, during prime hours, and I didn't have any issues getting from cluster to cluster and getting credit. I didn't follow the zerg, I just went to nearby emitters. It's not like there is a special path. I was not playing a character that's particularly good and quick damage spread either. I do agree, though, that they should be scaling them up.

  11. So, it's cool you think people are just bragging, but that's probably not the case. It is a fairly simple maneuver if you know what you're doing and practice. I will admit I have an advantage in that I have a Naga with Space and V bound to the 1 and 4 thumb buttons so I just roll my thumb along them. Still, even before that failure to get it was the exception more than the rule.

Incidentally, your premise is wrong. You should not be pressing them simultaneously, you should be pressing jump, then dodge, in rapid succession. Jump has to happen before dodge or it won't work. That's why your macro is not 100% effective. If it's doing them at the same time it's possible for dodge to get registered before jump. everytime that happens it will fail. If you added a fraction of a second delay between the space key and the dodge key being pressed it would probably work every time. You would also be breaking the code of conduct for use of a macro.

  12. I got a skyscale because the entirely time I was traversing the maps working on getting the skyscale I was thinking to myself how much easier every map would be if only I had one.

Also, hovering on a skyscale allows you to afk out of combat without ever having to worry about being engaged by random mobs.

Skyscales all by themselves are fashionable, whether or not anyone can see your gear.
