I came here looking to find out how to continue about the alliance troops thing... read your post. I agree 100% with it.. What a boring grind, once I've finished I won't be back to repeat.

Can confirm.... either stuck in the loading screen, although you can get to OS and Edge of the Mists. But all wvw maps are stuck on infinite loading screen.

There are 2 greatsword skins in the collection, and no sword skin. That's why we can't finish the collection.

Yep I accidentally ended up buying 2 of the greatsword skins.. it took me a while to figure out why I couldn't complete the set. I have submitted a bug report.

Stop worrying about what other people are doing in game and just play your own game.

No one has any right to further define inattentive farming. Whether someone is watching Netflix on another screen or not while playing is absolutely none of your business.

I thought it was just me.... for the past couple of weeks I have been faffing about with the autotarget settings as I assumed I turned something on/off. I had asked in guild chat but no one had noticed any problem.

Anet please release a fix, it makes it very hard to deal damage when your suddenly no longer attacking a target but instead spamming your skills towards a friendly.

Sure take a break, even from doing the full 2g dailies. Just collect the daily login chest and log back out. The laurels and mystic coins will pile up which can give you a nice chunk of in game currency when you return. It’s a game, it’s not meant to be a chore.

Even if just getting the daily login chest is too much then just log in when a new living story is released so it’s unlocked on your account.

Time for you to be more creative with your character naming then. I have over 30 toons and have never had a problem finding a unique name that fits my Vash theme.

And here we see the problem. Everyone has a different idea of what a shamen is. For me it is “the spiritual leader of old cultures” as @"Fueki.4753" listed above.

I agree ... I seem to get much better luck with the 10x recipe too.

Fishing is the wrong style of gameplay for GW. Fishing is slow (boring?), a chill activity. GW is a much faster paced game. If you want fishing go play Red Dead Redemption, Animal Crossing or the countless other games that have it.

Agreed....This latency issue needs to be addressed.

But please note that I would not be interested in paying for a monthly subscription, so the OP does not speak for me in that regard.

Since the OP is so insistent on knowing who drops an item on a map I have to wonder if he has an ulterior motive in wanting to know who the person is.

As many have already stated you can just say ty in map chat and the person will see your gratitude.

I’m sure that anet are planning some sort of way they can monetize this and it’s not going to be as simple as free legendary gear swaps per character.

Just purchase the Draconic Staff skin from the tp. It’s the Draconic Scythe from guild wars 1 which was highly prized as a rare drop - it’s a very nice version of it too.

I can’t be bothered for that grind just for an emote. Kudos to you guys that do.

Why do you guys assume that the same people who asked for something are the same people that are trashing it? Do you have some personal info or proof that shows player x asked for capes and now it’s player x and not player y that doesn’t want capes?

Will we be getting another guild slot in our guild panel to join another guild if we have already used our full allotment of 5 guilds for different purposes (ie pve guild, personal, raid, pvp, rp, etc).

Or will you sell more guild slots should we need a new slot to pick a wvw guild with?
