Everyone is struggling hard at the beginning of a Core Eng, same goes for me. As I said, share your Build, so we can comment objectively. DPS build of Core Eng is lackluster and boring, but Condi Build is fun, providing that you can play piano xD. If you prefer to hit just a few buttons to kill a large group of mobs, then Guardian is more of your choice, not Core Engr.

Hammer skill 3 immobile,4 knockdown & 5 wardings are CC skills. I don't think any other combination of weapons offer that much of CC skills. (Correct me if I'm wrong xD). I guess that's the trade-off for its clunky movement and damage. I too hate that Arena increases the cooldown of skill 2... It has its usage to player's preferential method of playing, but not everyone loves it. That is all to it I guess. If Arena wants to balance it, one of the CC skill can revamp into a DPS skill then.

Yes, I did that but to no avail, it still required me to login in order to submit the ticket. I just check my few years ago email history with GW2 support and just inform them of my conditions with some screenshots. And they had just replied:- "A member of our support team will get back to you as soon as they are able to with a reply. " Even without submitting a ticket, I'm happy that my email caught their attention. Too bad i can't spend $$ to buy that ether glove and boot due to this. ;(

Yes, the story can be further improved, provided that we all pay subscription fees I guess. But the vital part here is not that. It is the basic human value of being grateful for having this new content without us paying anything on it after so many years, and I wish they continue to do this. Rather, you could have provided ideas to enhance the storyline.

When you are in Platinum/ Legend Divison, there is no OP or easy to play classes, only OP players.

My 2 cents, - Join multiple guilds with the same concept as yourself. - Make your own raid teams with close friends having the same concept as yourself. - In PUG, familiar with new wings by using Druid exotic gear will be fine. Seldom those hardcore care about healer's DPS. Raid is a content which participated by 10 players, hence you don't expect to raid on daily like Fractals T4 or expect to form a party easily. For those hardcore players which require KP, ignore them.
