  1. Well, I have this fully upgraded guild hall sitting there. Fully decorated like nobodies business. Apparently it looks awesome according to a few people that have seen it. Spent a fortune on it ?. Even made a beetle race track.

     

    Can’t talk about it in the real world cause of course nobody understands or cares. Maybe one day I’ll get off my butt and grow the membership. ?

  2. Not sure exactly what incentives there can be anymore other than playing with friends. I used to head into wvw back in the beginning to scout, upgrade structures etc. None of that matters much anymore. WvW is mainly now a fight fest. Score really doesn’t matter for anything since the 1up/down thing came in. Every relink there is a load of bandwagoning so the populations that were just apparently balanced become imbalanced almost right away.

     

    Alliances will apparently help to stop this massive migration every two months but the “community” damage has already been successfully implemented. We are left with people playing with people they like, aka my own guildies for the most part. We will never again see a need to go in and defend and build your defences up like the old days.

     

    Once our main raid is done sometimes a few of us run havoc for fun but mostly it’s time to log out. Alliances won’t change that imo.

    Not really. Not unless you are high enough already for either of their small climbs before you start dropping. A true flying mount would enable you to actually fly without the degrading altitude as you go. For that reason alone I’m not wasting my time on the sky scale mount. Sure you can hover in the air and look at people below you but that’s not very useful to me.

    2012 is when it came out. So if ri wasn’t on in the beginning then they put it on very shortly after. Basically speaking it’s been there since the start.

    The problem and point is that you will never get balanced fighters unless you make everything one class and playable in only one way by people who all play exactly the same style.

     

    As long as you have diversity everywhere there can never be true balance. You have to adjust to individual play style as well as whatever class you happen to be fighting.

     

    Every single “balance” patch is met with the same set of grievances. They should just stop and let everyone figure out how to play what they have or just strip it down to hand to hand... ya then you’ll hear screaming. ?

  8. I’ll never understand why the moment something is announced that has been requested for ages, it’s criticized. Too little, not free enough, scamming our money. sigh

     

    They run a business right? It just baffles me at how many people think they could do so much better of a job and yet they are playing the game continually and not writing their own game and showing us all “how it’s done”.

  9. Sounds like Tangled Depths... sorry but that's a big thumbs down for me. To me that would be worse than Desert BL ever was... I love DBL now that they've changed it and I know it inside out... but a jungle? ugh... ;)

    It's not cheap to get a craft to max level so doing it on two chars wouldn't make sense. That's why the idea of being able to at least MOVE the profession to another char would be kind of cool.

  11. If not make it account wide then at least make it possible to move the crafting mastery over to a different character. That would be a very nice QOL change. This way new people still get their XP for upgrading a toon by crafting, (if that's how they want to do it), and the rest of us are able to move the crafting to our most used toons. For me it would be awesome if I could move my scribe to my current Main character, along with a few other crafting professions that I use more than the others. ;)

    Yep and it pains me to meet other Rangers cause most die way too easy. These days I’m playing Herald more than my soulbeast though. Finally time for some variety... unless I’m roaming or just in the mood for pirate ship fun.
