i keep getting this message

nothing ive tried is working. ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now i cant even get it to install...

i have tried to uninstall and reinstall but when i go to reinstall it comes up with the same error message

game was working fine, then crashed. now i cant even open it. i keep getting a box that says

ive reported it but have unable to get back into the game for an hour now. ive changed my wifi to see if that was the issue but no luck
