Look a Ritualist costume in the BLTC...A foreshadowing of things to come?

This has happened to one of my characters 3 times over the past week. Log in and there is NO Guild Hall buff. Only seeing this on one character ATM.

Well I received another plot from AN to replace the one that never spawned after I bought it, but this morning after claiming and planting before server reset last night, I have open soil prior to harvesting. Yes something is still bugged.

Same for me...I purchased the third, had bought 1 previously and got the cooking one, however, the third one has not spawned after purchase claim and patch. Still only 2 plots here.

I bought mine and claimed it, no plot appeared in my home instance. BUGGED and TICKETED

Still bugged...No progress toward meta...

Same here and I have done the story twice and still no shoulder box
