Our static is recruiting

**About us**

We are 5 players looking to form a new static, and are carved from an older training static. Real life has meant that some players from the older static were no longer able to regularly turn up to the static and we found ourselves increasingly looking for pugs. Having played together weekly for two months now, we are all pretty comfortable with each other and enjoy playing together.

**Goal of the static**

We do weekly full clears of W1-4 on Mondays and are training W5-7 on Tuesdays and Thursdays (currently on W6 and W7 - moving W5 after). This is subject to change once we get better, and we can then remove one of the training days.

**Raid schedule**

Monday: 7.15pm-9.30pm CEST

Tuesday: 9pm-12am CEST

Thursday: 9pm-12am CEST

**What we are looking for**

Our static has a range of experience from around 150 LI to 2,000 LI+. We are looking for dedicated players with a minimum of 150 LI with good experience of W1-4, and wanting to progress to full clearing W5-7. You don't need to be perfect (minimum req is only 150 LI), however, we are not purely a training guild anymore so would like people who are mostly comfortable with the mechanics and bosses for W1-4. There is no expectation for you to have exp with W5-7.

Players wanting to apply should also be comfortable with their class(es) and role(s). You should also care about self-improvement and be hitting a good % of the benchmark DPS. Most importantly, we don't take ourselves too seriously and enjoy good chats/banter on our raids. We are therefore looking for similar minded people.

**Roles wanted**

We have spots for the below roles, and being able to multi-class would be a plus.

1) BS

Hi Support

I tried to buy an alt account today, but I wasn't emailed the serial code. The "thank you page" also didn't contain the serial code for some reason (I have a printed copy).

I tried to put in support ticket, but this was hard without a serial code. The box says I could leave the field blank, but when I did, I got the message in the linked image. Please can you let me know how to contact you about the issue? I bought two other alt accounts fine today.

A good patch for the most part. The absence of any changes to rev is just jarring though. Please fix this obvious bug.

This can't be understated. I assume the omission of mentioning alternative rewards means there are none. I've always tried to be better and better each season wanting to crack the top 100 title. Now there is no point to aim for that. Why even keep the Leaderboard? I care so little for the items you can trade with those shards and don't keep track of how many I have.

Can we not get an official explanation for this??? Or is it going to be shoved under the rug because whatever truth there is behind it is too embarrassing to admit? PVP is dead yes, but you still have your strong, albeit small population of pvp enthusiasts. This update just bulldozes through that whatever is left of the population. Was it just easier to kill off the population entirely so all attention can finally be diverted to PvE (and maybe WvW but IDK the state of it)? I can see absolutely no point in me wanting to play pvp anymore except out of boredom. Those titles are not handed out until the end of the season, so I hope there is still time for PVP devs to reconsider this. If not, an explanation would at least be the decent thing to do.

EDIT: I was writing this post up for a long time, and in the interim, Ben replied before I posed. At least it's some closure. I don't understand why the titles could not have waited to be removed until the new system came. Does that not suggest it is pretty far off?

It's not just mesmer skills affected. I think it's all port skills. I can't tell if this is intended or not. There are numerous spots in Eternal Coliseum and Legacy of the Foefire that I have found so far. This is rather annoying as I'm so used to using the old port spots to move. Please can we get confirmation on whether this was intended or not? It could be a silent buff to make fighting Deadeyes more cancerous by giving them more unportable spots to camp.

Yeah this seems to be an old issue/bug. I remember that awful time when all the legendary collections first came out and the amount of QQ on forums over their bugginess. A lot were fixed, but I guess this one slipped the net. I'd like to hope Anet will fix this like...very very soon as I have waited 3-4 hours this evening while watching netflix on the side to no avail. But I think after all this time, they may just leave it. I hear that Tuesday is a reset for maps, so I might try again then.

I hope we haven't seen the last of the gods, and I am not sure we have. I feel like there is something more to be said for Lyssa at least. How did Balthazar get his hands on Lyssa's mirror after he escaped imprisonment? I can't help but wonder if she secretly aided him. In facing the truth, Kormir says "The rest of the six - Dwayna, Grenth, Melandru, even Lyssa, reached an agreement". The way she mentioned Lyssa sounded like Lyssa was the most reluctant. Finally, at the end when fighting Balthazar, he curses all of the gods by name EXCEPT for Lyssa just before he died. Here's hoping for Lyssa!
