It is more the old PiTA MMORPG trope of trash mobs that serve no purpose but to delay the key encounters.

Issue resolved

Pharus footprints are almost invisible.

1) Rewards for crafting Charged Stormcaller Weapons Tier 1 & Tier 2 are BOTH "Recipe: Amalgamated Draconic Lodestone". Most people already have this recipe either from something done for an earlier weapon collection, purchase or discovery. Now the reward is doubly redundant.

I am extremely disappointed about this issue as well as the extraordinary cost to make these new weapons that require BOTH Stormcores AND Amalgamated Draconic Lodestones! I read, and interpreted the same; as "THESE weapons will be upgradeable" like they just did in the previous Bjora Marches collection.

It appears that this collection was not tested and very rushed. The upgrade path was removed. The first two Tier rewards are useless. And, the ~60 Gold per weapon crafting cost is extreme. To get not even a precursor, but the Gift to craft a precursor for ~960 Gold!

Here's a suggestion. How about if you got your inscription and the Stormcaller core back guaranteed from salvaging the base Stormcaller weapon? That way it isn't a total loss, but there is still a (minor) loss. That doesn't affect the extreme cost for the T2s, but it does mitigate it slightly.

Just drop the coin equivalent value. Not the "junk" drops.

Adding That_Shaman's swim speed estimates with my estimated scaling factor:

(U/S) Units Per Second

Regular: ~300 (320)

+16 swim speed infusion: ~350 (If 2.5 per +, then 360)

+25 boost (traits, runes): ~380 (If 2.5 per +, then 382.5)

Infusion + boost: ~430 (If 2.5 per +, then 422.5)

Immediate thoughts to my mind:

I've been talking about a "_Falcor_" as a Griffon or Skyscale since they came out.. (Huge potential moneymaker)

Yea. I just finished this and I was WT..Heck... This is it? Where's the real reward? If they can't give us any of the new, EXTREMELY expensive weapons, they could give us the skin and make it account bound. Or, Amalgamated Draconic GemstoneS (more than 1 or 2) or Stormcaller CoreS (more than 1 or 2).

I didn't see this posted here... The article mentioned it needed to be unlocked via a new Mastery.

... and despite all the old articles, posts etc. AND my attempting to convey via multiple Bug and Customer Service tickets and posts to get them to update the info...

Apparently Best Buy is the only vendor in the USA that still carries the cards. All others no longer even list them.

I've held off on this post as I didn't want to bring this up when first released as it was during the time of the mass layoffs and I'm sure the last thing they wanted to hear was a gripe. So..

Pharus' footprints are almost invisible, indistinct and evaporate quickly... Compare them to Edge of the Queen, Kudzu, Astralaria or most other legendaries. I would really appreciate, after all that cost & work, to be on par with the other legendaries.
