I'm having this connection issue for the past 2 days. I am from SEA ( I think it was when Exalted ally for Icebrood Saga Champ went live ). VPN doesn't seem to help. Not sure if this has anything to do with...I dunno....the Texas snowstorm.

Me too. I'm from SEA region and almost all of my friends couldn't play properly without using VPN services ( and sometimes even with VPN the lag still persist especially in wvw and pvp ).

I can't really pinpoint the exact time when this all happened ( maybe 2 weeks ago )....but I remember that it all started when a friend of mine from SEA region experiencing massive lag while playing gw2 but I have no problem at all despite being in the same region. A week after that I too suffer from it. And slowly but surely everyone else started to experience lag.

Basically, I experienced the same problem that everyone else posted here.

Darn it...Now I have to wait for 5m plus or until the party wipe.

Same shit. Happened to me just now. Ping exceeded 1000ms in-game but watching streaming is a breeze.

Everything was fine until today. Yesterday I played, nothing major that impedes the game's playability ( I mean..my ping is around 250-300, usually and I can still play )

Same problem...the latest patch sure did a number to my daily entertainment of gw2.

Once in awhile I managed to somewhat play for a few minutes but the spikes were abominable.

The worse one is the loading forever screen. Heh.

Just happened earlier. Lost Air Keep to one single necro or mesmer. Should've realise something is amiss when I see nothing of a sort contesting it on the outer and inner walls/doors. Must be fun capturing air keep without sieges. :\

If it's shield generator, it won't state the damage. I doubt you are hitting hills so I assume you were hitting the tower. The tower probably has "invulnerable wall" tactics slotted and someone activated it hence the 0 damage.

Doing tribulation w2z2...for the first time.

It was hell. Not because of the difficulty, but because of trampoline. Always....always falls short. Why? Because of my 300ping. With 250 ping I might make it to the other pillars. It's worse than jumping rocks....

Ohhh....damn. I didn't know that. Yeah...I've reached 15 000 cap of monthlies and dailies ap.

So...I got bored with wvw and went for ap hunting a couple of days ago.

Was doing dailies, finished it and the I looked at my total ap. It didn't add the 10 points of ap.

I thought I'm in the wrong here. Maybe I saw the numbers wrongly.

The next day I finish my daily again for the ap. I was right...it didn't add the daily ap of 10 points.

Currently I'm at 28 452. I dunno when the bug began....probably 3-4 days ago. I realised it today when I crosschecked with the ap I wrote on a paper yesterday after I finished my daily today.

Same problem occurs to me as well. Like kevyn mentioned. If I managed to get pass through the map loading screen ( which horrendously took a long time ), I probably be able to play for at least 10 minutes before lagging out. Build 82911, NA server.
