  1. I've been trying it in WvW -- I love the animations and the vibe, but from the perspective of an average player (and repeating what others have said above):

-- no defensive / mobility skills

    -- can't cast 4 behind

    -- 3 slightly unreliable

    -- 2 has a long cast time

In the perfect fight -- open, blobs not too massive, bit spread out -- it does good work. But this is hardly flexible. The other issue is if you pair it with m/a you still have no defensives, and with staff you have some mobility but only have the SB for damage.

As for the Renegade legend, if you can land the elite + icerazors it's kinda cool, but again you need a slower / more predictable fight. Often I think I'd be doing better with m/a and staff. I don't mind the Renegade trait line per se, the alacrity is still nice.

  2. +1

It's so bad now people are planning their gameplay / when they play around it... can't enjoy reset night anymore as fights are no longer based on skill, just whoever lags the least. So anti-fun.

There's little to no lag on the Chinese servers for WvW... I'm not very technically knowledgeable, bu doesn't this make it less likely to be a coding issue, and more likely to be a simple issue of capacity?

I'm making a ticket as well, I encourage you all to do the same. I know it won't do much, but sheer volume there too might make them sit up and notice.

    > Full trap build is silly and lacks utility. You just need one for disengaging. This build has a ton of hard cc and immobs and if you get pressured, switch to staff and use spike trap to disengage. I know spike trap has been nerfed heavily, but when you're disengaging you have the option to keep running or turning around to root them and re-engage the fight again.

This build looks super interesting, and I'll try it out. I'm by no means an above-average player, but I'll see how I go!

Question -- with just the one trap on a 30s CD, do you think that is full use of the trapper runes or could some other runes be used? Or another trap added for something?

  4. If anything T3 is slightly too strong right now with siege damage etc.

Not noticed any issues with things falling too quickly, bearing in mind that sometimes coms won't defend paper, which is fair enough.

And lovely people, always remember to start you scout calls with numbers of enemy.
