    I mean it takes 15 seconds to look up the patch on the Wiki ;)

     

    "Regeneration: Regeneration now uses the greatest healing regeneration to immediately heal you rather than going by each regeneration stack's duration or order of application."

  2. I'm surprised if this hasn't been discovered, but I saw no thread.

     

    The new Regeneration is supposed to overwrite the highest heal tick, but instead the highest Healing Power is being applied, regardless of Outgoing Healing Power % increase.

     

    Example: Heal-Firebrand with 1788 Healing Power and 90% Outgoing increase puts a 672 Tick Regeneration on a Heal-Scrapper.

     

    Scrapper with 2038 Healing Power and 59% Outgoing increase overwrites that with a 385 Tick Regeneration on himself.

    That's not happening - maybe if they didn't ALSO put bonuses for the week, you'd see a little protest, but since they're adding bonuses... WvW will be busy all week.

    ArcDPS -> Build Templates, hit one button, takes like 10 seconds to switch stats and runes and everything for Legendary equipment and your build.

  5. Just repeating the WvW reward track over and over. The dust I'm farming from alt accounts in my home instance. Up to 300 or so Ore and 1 Astral skin. Probably will have all the Stellar weapons in 6 months or so. Not sure if I'll use many, have too many legendary skins.

    If it's who I think it is, unless there's several of these trolls around -- this guy was suspended twice for a few months, and ONLY after reporting through the website. In-game reports never did anything. Each time he was suspended, I received notes to use the in-game reporting method. I told the Mod that it didn't work, and the website reporting actually did, and the Mod just reiterated that it's the best way. SMH

     

    Anyways --- I hope there's a 3-strike rule, I have no idea why he doesn't get perma-banned.
