i should mention that i have 4000+ game hours. i am by no means a noob. i have tried everything i can think of. its so frustrating at this point. my guild cant do missions, or upgrade the hall. i cant work with ranks etc. if only there was a way to move peoples ranks without using the guild tab grr

i also just had a friend in another country log in as me. and he cant get the guild tab to work either. so its definatly my account issue, not my game issue. if that makes sence.

yep. tried that too. no overlay of anything. i can open all the other tabs just not guild

Followed this, all is normal. on _MY_ pc, i can log out as me, log in as my hubby. exact same settings. his works. mine doesnt.

i have reinstalled the game, cleared all caches and done a repair. i am 'online'. no change :(

Hi all! My guild tab wont work. i can click on it and press g, and it will depress like its been pressed. but... nothing happens... If i log out of my acount and log in with my husbands on the same pc, i can access it. but not mine. heres the issue... i am the only one with the highest rank in the guild. only i can start guild missions, decorate, control ranks etc. i REALLY need to access this. it has been a week now. i put in a ticket to arenanet 4 days ago and have heard nothing. i am getting really annoyed with this. anyone have any suggestions please?

i cannot Charge an Oiled Orichalcum Greatsword Blade at any place of power in Heart of Maguuma. i have been through all my charecters, all the locations. in day, and night. been trying all day. it just wont do anything. yes i have the blade im my bag. no i dont have quartz etc. what the hell am i doing wrong?? all i get is "you;va gained all you can from this place of power"

hi all. i am on ast 3, and i cant find the champion flame effigy. i am at the right place, i have been here for 8 hours today. yawn. doing the bridge event, and the local events. the champin never showed up. wtf?! where do i find this thing????

Hi all. i have a weird chat box issue. everything was absolutly fine, then suddenly i am not getting half the chat. my husband was stood next to me at the time. We have the same options on our chat box. yet.. he could see everyone talking i was only getting half a convo. it wasnt that i was missing one persons chat etc, just randomly not seeing half of it. anyone got any ideas?
