Do you like running fractals and guild missions? We do, too, but we enjoy doing it as a guild. We enjoy have fun and talk to each other and do no force anything upon anybody. I mean, do you have a Supreme Commander in your current guild? We have a Supreme Commander that can make one person Boneskinner. Okay, maybe he can't, but I mean it's a fun little inside joke we have now.

Hey you! Yes, you looking at this forum post wondering if you actually fit in. Don't look away because now you are weirded out because you are having a conversation with a forum post from the past. Good you stayed. Let me tell you why you should stay longer. There is only one reason at thats because it is Fate.

This guild is full of loving and wacky people that love to have a good time. We enjoy guild missions together and participate in fractals and strikes as a guild. Can I tell you a secret we beat Boneskinner when it was most of the groups first time even doing a strike and one person healing that had never healed before. We go along for the long haul to have fun and teach as we go.

If that did impress you then maybe you should come hangout with us and see for yourself. We are doing the Halloween Ascent to Madness tonight as a guild run and we would be more than happy to have you tag along.

Also, if you want to know if this is true and you don't believe me then let me tell you. I am only a member of this guild with no authority to the powers at be, and I am saying all of this to just tell you this guild is worth the chance.

While the title is deceptive, I am actually a 90's nerd born in the realm between the '89 and '91 and let me tell you it makes a difference. =)

This ragtag group of misfit toys have made me feel more than welcome and comfortable. They are inviting to all and do not force events upon anyone. They have helped me accomplish legendary tasks for Astralaria even though I didn't ask for the assistance. They waited for me to log on to finish fractal runs because I needed them even though I was running late for the event.

I moved to Guild Wars 2 during beta and launch, but it just never felt like Guild Wars to me. I tried the game several time since then, but never stuck around. Finally, I gave the game one more shot, and I found my home. I have been apart of Nexus War Legion since its birth in January of this year, and the group of people that I have met made this game so exciting. I'm telling you this story because your story is the same as many others in our guild. Many others that had life take over, and gaming became second fiddle.

I am a returning player to Guild Wars 2. I started back at launch, and stopped soon after due to life and guild disbandment. I tried getting into it a couple years ago when HoT came out, and without some fun support from friends or a guild I left again. Now, I am here to try again.

A little about myself:

I played Guild Wars hardcore for 6 years with most of my time focused into PvP. I was an officer and leader of two different guilds. I have 2 different characters at level 80, and several more that I am working on. I am willing to get onto any style of guild chat. I live in US Central Time, and I do work a 8am - 5pm job. Also, I am currently finishing my last year of my Master's degree, so staying up past Midnight (unless it is the weekend) is not really ideal for me anymore. My time to play right now is pretty sporadic because I have not truly set a time for which I will dedicate time to. A guild could change that.

What I am looking for:

A small to mid-size guild.

A guild that I can grow in and love this game like I should.

A guild that will not be afraid to teach me things.

A guild that has advancement opportunities. (Like I said, I used to be an officer in multiple guilds, and would love to have an opportunity to become one again.)

A guild that is mature, but can also joke around.

A guild that is respectful.

But most importantly:

A guild that is not just a group of players, but a family.
