Yeah the weekly cms won't happen unless they significantly reduce the payout. The problem with that idea is that you would still spend the same amount of time for a significantly higher profit margin. Now I wouldn't have an issue with getting more gold per hour but anet definitely would as they always introduce some way to balance their economy and thus punishing people who actually want to do them each day. Someone with 7 accounts could be doing it daily and get a lot more profit than they used to before and they don't want that. i think the best option here is to just let things be like they are and if you don't feel like doing the cms just skip them on that day. it's not like you'd be the only person. there are plenty of T4 only groups

All DRMs give Tyrian Defense Seals. Deldrimor Support Marks are part of the current event and are only available from doing dailies. They'll also be gone next Tuesday most likely. Check the achievements tab - Bonus Events - Marshaling the Deldrimor Dwarves if you want to check how to get them

Honestly the entire collection is just yet another example of terrible design decisions. If you think it's gonna drop in price then you're deluding yourself. Nobody wants to do DRM because we all hate them. It might drop a little in price whenever there's a new story released but unless anet introduces some new way to earn them then it will only go up in price and not down. It's a terrible direction for this game to go especially after they have already released a pretty unreasonably priced 1k gold charged stormcaller collection. I'm really disappointed that people are defending this design choice. And no you won't be able to complete this collection at this rate because anet keeps releasing low-effort but high-cost items that will take them 1 day to design and the players half a year to complete Instead of making people excited that they introduce new content, anet makes people want to not release content at all.
