im getting massive lag spikes too, its unplayable atm, only in gw2 do i get pings greater than 400ms, sometimes 4000+

i usually have a ping around 50-70, but right now it was at around 1000, to even 10,000, and as of right now im stuck on infinite loading screen after a client reset.

Suggestion: make purple potatoes legendary tier so they can actually be purple.

edit:restarting computer seemed to work, but still no idea why that spot in particular perma crashes.

So i was doing my daily faction provisioner tokens, and as i went to get the one in DR I got a client crash, i tried logging back in, and on the loading screen it crashed again, and again, and i cannot get back into any character that i moved there, so now 2 characters are totally unplayable. other characters that are elsewhere are fine though.

This doesn't look right to me, took me through a loop to figure out what the deal is.

im dcing every 2-3 minutes now, dced 3 times during a gerent meta, and lost all the loot because it crashed during both loot phases

Yea i got so much ascended gear when i started doing raids i just salvaged all of it for extra shards and sold ghostly infusions there, with fractals its more of a liquid gold farm, i get around 75-82 boxes from doing 2 cms 3 t4s and 3 daily recs, which amounts to about 22-32 gold per day. i've gotten so many ascended boxes since doing the dailies every day that i needed extra mule characters to hold all the gear. think i'm up to somewhere like 26 maybe 30 ascended sets, i lost count ages ago.

no, they should not, its a dumb thought. after doing minimal effort i managed to get over 1k insights super ez.

I've been doing fractals since a bit before HOT launch, nearly everyday since then, and i've amassed a massive amount of gold from doing so. after reaching fractal god im making even more gold on top of what i was making previously. so far i till now have been able to make a legendary weapon solely off of fractal gold farm every month. and after the attunement updates i make them even faster.

It might not be as efficient as meta farming, or sw or istan farming, but it has its own unique rewards, and its less mind numbing.

With mist attunement you get up to 4 bonus boxes per fractals, plus on top of that you get bonus boxes from the daily recommended fractals, the t4 boxes reward you with a handful of free keys, if i do all my t4s cms and recs i'm usually around 75-84 boxes per day with only about 12 free keys, so i usually have to buy quite a few.

I have all 13 hot legendary weapons, while I haven't tried that combination, i can say without a doubt that all weapon draw effects stack.

footfalls are the exception that only the mainhand shows, while projectile effects depend on the the hand the skill is casting from(skill 123 are main, 45 are off, downstate all 5 count as mainhand).

No, it was impossible, it simply could not spawn, it cannot spawn if the "defeat the mordrem threat" event is active, and that event was perpetually bugged, and as there was only one silver wastes instance it wasn't possible to complete, i was able to taxi into a non broken map after 3 hours though.

been in the area for the last item i need for the roller beetle quest for over 2 hours, killing beetles in multiple spots, no event, no way to get the new mount in any way till its fixed. The required event does not happen.

One thing i might mention would be to be weary of using chrome with gw2, as chrome's resource draw can vary allot, you system's resources are pretty good, i run an i7 8700 and a gtx 1080, but i can run at 60-144 fps on ultra settings, even in frozen maw, perhaps you are maxing out your system memory? or maybe your hard drive is aging, and is maybe close to capped out? I've noticed performance issues with that.

Another thing to take a look at is how long you keep your machine active, the longer stuff stays in memory the more junk gets loaded on disc, i used to run my old machine for 2-4 months on end and boy did it get back latency issues.

Suggestion: clean hard drives help, let your computer rest, sleep doesn't help clean memory out. there are hardware checking programs you can get, i would recommend at minimum using ccleaner, free version works fine.

just do what i did, and get a totally unnecessary but cool m.2 ssd drive like the evo 970, 6 times faster than a typical sata ssd.
