  1. PVE: I used to be an ele main UNTIL the balance patch, ele was just OK until then. Attacks are too slow and hardly do enough damage considering this is supposed to be a glass cannon class. Basically ele is getting put in the corner because different modes from different players are saying conflicting things. Ele Has very low health and pretty much dies in 1-3 hits. Mesmers can damage, arent as glassy and has more health. From my perspective, Ele needs a rework, Because I don't think this class can survive with most of the talents not synergizing or being a less of a hybrid. I hope you can do this class some justice, I only log onto it for PVP dailies, since I moved to holosmith.

    What about elementalist? Currently, there is no "right" way to balance it without it leading up to broken skills or they not working the way they are supposed to, as a whole. I'd love for meteor shower to just be something like a stronger lava font or some sort.

    I found myself using staff for teq, and after breach for Sw, and sword/dagger for pretty much anything else, im finally finding a use for my bolt and im enjoying it so far.

  4. There is a MP in riverlands that is in the awakened section. you access it by using the jackal sand teleport. The exact moment you you get intot he first room there are 4-6 mobs in there and they all aggro onto you, and sometimes the sand teleport saves you from the traps, but onve you're down they all come at you.

    Did you read the post, I didn't say "all" of them, only certain ones, aka awakened, Vets and as some said harpies. The others feel like they are in place, but the ones listed should be adjusted.

    Sure I do that too, until the awakened anubis thing knocks you down, and its game over the moment you're down.

    That I understand and agreed with to the point of unlocking the griffon,the moment you go airborne everything in a very LARGE radius attacks just homes in on you and sometimes the air dodge passive works and sometimes it doesn't. There are also certain branded I ran into that literally had an attack that dismounted me in midair and kept me in the air frozen while taking damage from all sources.

Small little criticism about how strong the mobs are, for instance, some Veterans should not require alot of skill to kill nor should be a death wish while facing them. some awakened veterans have 1 shot capabilities that do not make sense. especially for mounts, they need more health, aka griffon, trying to glide and getting air bombed by AI is a bad mechanic. overall the expansion is fun but some of the AI normal to vet needs to have their damage looked at.

    > Sup Steve, I like how people are considering straight power builds on the Weaver. You have the sweet spot for both crit chance and crit damage nailed nicely. I wonder though how much damage your doing? Also don't you feel with the sword have so much access to condition damage that your not missing a chance to do something like vipers for hybrid damage? I like your trait selection also, but i feel like the low hit points and lack of a way to deal with conditions might really hurt. I see your build being useful possibly in a Raid or PvE situation.

    Thank you for your input, I was trying this build out last night when I ran into a scenario when I got bombarded by a bunch of Mobs, somehow, I made it out alive. As for the damage I was hitting about...4k-8k on crits, I don't consider viper as hybrid since its straight condi, grievers though is hybrid, I will try to get some of that though. As for health, I did consider the low HP, reason why I have glyph, I didn't have many problems with healing. As for condi, I do manage to survive with the water skills. Scepter and focus for ranged if sword is not an option either.
