Welcome to another of our recruitment posts!

**We are the Dastardly Decad** and we're a few international veterans and newbies aiming to raid and be chill about it. Here's all you need to know.

⁍ **Rule 1: Nothing is true. Everything is permitted**, as long as we get things done. All of our veterans are competent theorycrafters who tend to enjoy coming up with their own approaches to raiding.

⁍ **18+** \- we are all childish, but we are all adults. You should be one, too.

⁍ **Part of the guild, part of the crew**. We have no use for mild acquaintances.

Dodged a bullet there, didn't I? :D

Hey, everyone!

With the recent balance changes, various builds are becoming more and more flexible when it comes to what they can bring to a raid.

So far, the most popular raid composition has been the Mirror Comp. I've been exploring alternate raid composition options which still cover all the needs of a healthy raid - might stacks, quickness and alacrity, as well as various utility buffs.

To that end, I made this little spreadsheet:

With this, you can calculate your own raid composition's effectiveness! Of course, you may need to add builds, tweak what they bring to the table, and otherwise read the README sheet.

I went ahead and punched in a few builds, for illustrative purposes.

Hey there, recently spooky sharknadoes!

This is an event I've been running every other Friday on Reddit for a while. Since there's not so much interest there this time, I figured it wouldn't hurt to spread the message! So who's up for another newbie-friendly raid? :)

The raids we have are challenging and fun. As they're the most difficult content in PvE, they are hard to get into. As a result, many people haven't even tried them!

**19:00 CET** - duration 2h

##**Goals**

Raid!

This will be a newbie raid. We'll have a few experienced people. The rest of the space is **for people who have never taken a step into raids!**

Ultimate goal: Kill between 1 and 3 bosses and get you started!

##**Bonus Notes**

Absolutely contact me in-game to save yourself a spot. I only have 1 empty slot in my mailbox, so **do not send mails, but catch me and whisper. I will be able to confirm your spot straight away like that.**

We will be using Discord, so make sure to know your way around it.

The squad will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

It's been great fun! We've been all over Maguuma and done all sorts of stuff! As PoF is coming out, I imagine we will all be moving onto hardcore exploration / experiencing of the new content. The last event we'll do will be a newbie raid. Meant to get you into raids, if you've never done those!
