That convincing you physically feel those reins pull to one side as the raptor starts to stray from it's forward path. I never considered this to be the reason for that action. I always thought that the raptor was sight-seeing!

The game has so much stuff to collect and unlock but so, so many things are so grindy I can't even bother to collect most skins in game. If I look at eso's stickerbook system that is something that keeps me playing a long time without feeling burnt out. > > > > You can blame the crowd that completes content as fast as possible and then complains about there being nothing to do. > Is that really the cause. Because other mmorpgs don't have this problem. How many of those others are free to play models with no sub, optional or otherwise? How many of those other MMOs have a more significant, and regular, revenue stream to allow for a constant flow of content? EDIT: and how many of those have the same horizontal progression model that GW2 has? Sure, it's easy to always have something to do in other MMOs when players have to constantly replace/upgrade gear.

You can play and run around with a few or a mob of guildies and still not force others to group up. /shrug
  7. > @"Noah Salazar.5430" said: > I love Hot dificulity, much more ppl wanted group up and play togheter cuz content was bit harder, while on pof you mostly play solo in mmo game (cuz of low dificulity but big agro range) I disagree. In HoT, people don't necessarily want to group up; rather, in many cases they are FORCED to group up. For a game that is mostly casual, with a "play as you want" style, I detest being forced to group with people. GW2 as an MMO is, IMO, different in that players have the option to choose whether or not to group up with others. PoF did a better job of being more aligned with this principle (like Core).

And I got 3 leggy weapons, a full set of leggy armor and a number of leggy trinkets. Do your dailies and do your reward tracks (pvp, wvw) that give clovers and you won't need as many mystic coins. That's just it, IMO. People are wanting legendary gear without doing the work. That's fine, if they are willing to pay the cost, but it seems to me that they aren't.

You may not think it worth the effort, but as this thread is showing there is a big interest in transparency and honesty. These forums represent such a small portion of the entire player base that it cannot be said that there is a big interest in anything. Also, I don't know how long you've been around but in the past Anet has been excoriated for communicating to the players and then not providing the stated results. It's bad PR when people on the official forums call Anet devs "liars". I don't fault them for the lack of communication. The community shares a good part of the blame for that.

If that is the case for a bug they should be open about it. I think that it is if it would take too many resources to make it worth the effort. /shrug
