  1. I don't know if its been suggested. But I and my guild would prob pay a LOT of gems for a charr themed guild hall in charr land.

We currently use Lost precipice because its not as overtly themed as anything but a sandstone ruine. with lots of Ascalonian trees it works... kinda. But everything is human sized. Ever seen a charr try sit on a human chair? Exactly, the bar is better suited height wise. Even a charr/norn themed one would work if the furniture is that size and its location is near charr/norn land borders.

Obviously creating a guildhall requires a lot of resources, far more than a mount skin. Which is prob why there are only 3. and they were in the package of expansions. Guild halls by themselves could however very well be sold for gems. The unlock would of course be an account unlock. but that works just as the other guildhalls would. and thus would spread the gems cost over all guild member wishing to use its features same as now. And if one were inclined to, could gift the unlock through the gems shop as well.

It has full potential, especially for filling up map corners that would otherwise never be used because the space is to small for full game zones.

And it would further support a feature that has had trouble getting support. If it can bring in money, it can earn more support.

  2. * What's your favorite level in Super Adventure Box? Is there anything in particular that sets it above the rest it for you?

**None, it should have stayed as a one time joke. imo too much resources are put in this bull. If i wanted to play a platformer, i'd play one of the mario games.**

    * Last year, Super Adventure Festival was the first festival to introduce a Weekly Vendor. What new items would you like to see on the Weekly Vendor?

    **None, it's more wasted resources.**

    * What sort of new Super Adventure Festival content would you like to see in the future? It's fine to respond "I want a new World, only spend time on that!" but are there other kinds of gameplay or minigames you'd enjoy in the meantime?

**If it were to be completely removed from gw2 and set up as its own game. where all the skins coming from it stay in that game too. Would be perfect. That way SAB fans can still play it, but i'm not confronted by the eye sore immersion disrupting mess. Failing that option, keep it to only one week a year so i can avoid it, works too.**

_(anybody taking offence to this opinion should remember. Its my opinion, you don't have to like it or agree with it. Just don't send me hate over it.)_

  3. Its a known thing that sharing the personal story with another player can cause all kinds of weird bugs. From suddenly being in a different order, to being unable to complete a step due to a random bug that makes npcs refuse to respond.

My best advice i can give is to create a support ticket and let them help you. No idea if they can reset completed story steps but you can always ask. They can however see in your acc history if you did receive the associated rewards. And if you didn't send them to you. So regardless of their ability to reset story steps, you could at least get the loot.

  4. Just like it was originally, to get gold, you need to split the zerg in to 6 and each group goes after a diff boss, killing all 6 at the same time.

Do-able? yes because smaller groups upscale the bosses less.

Hard? Yes because it requires a level of cooperation you wont find in the normal zerg.

Worth it? Naaah, the gold rewards are not THAT much bigger than you get from silver or bronze and the level of coordination it needs makes it just not a fun thing to go for. Has it been done before? Yes, in tha old days some large and highly organised guilds managed it.

  5. The scavenger hunt and how it will work.

All guests will receive the first clue to find a [sWB] member who has the next clue in a chain of clues. Who ever reaches the last [sWB] member first wins our grand prize.

If you are not good at puzzling out the solution from the first clue. After 10 minutes, you can ask for a first hint.

If you still don't get it, you can ask for a second hint after another 10 minutes.

This is true for every clue.

If you reach the location the clue hinted at and you don't find a charr with the [sWB] tag there, you can go back to the previous charr to request help. You need to provide what you think is the right solution to the clue. If you are correct, you'll be provided with the charr's character name.

This way you can request of them to join your party, and get on the right version of the map that way.

You do need to actually go there, the charr need visual confirmation that you're a charr. and not an Asura in disguise.

Once you manage to get to the end, you'll be informed if you won anything.

If you have questions, you can pm me here or whisper/mail Alexa Splintersteel in game.

  6. Bar-charr 14:00 - 16:00 (going around providing guests with alcohol and meat products)

Thanks to Splinter warband, you can aquire alcohol or food during the party. Watch for charr with the [sWB] tag.

Bar-charr 16:00 - 18:00 (going around providing guests with alcohol and meat products)

Shift change for our volunteer bar-charr.

    Reception: 14:00 - 14:30 at Uninstanced Hero's canton.

You will be welcomed in to the Canton by Legionnaire Alexa Splintersteel. If you have trouble getting in to the uninstanced canton, whisper Alexa Splintersteel and I'll guide you in to the Canton.

    scavenger hunt, with prizes. 14:30 - 16:30

See next reply for an explanation on how this will work.

Scavenger hunt prizes hand out: 16:30 - 17:00

Alexa Splintersteel will be handing out the grand prize at this time.

    Drinking game/competition 16:30 - 17:30

(depends on number of participants if competition or just excuus to get drunk)

If 5 guests or more wish for an competition, they are required to acquire the belcher's bluff kit them selves. (mostly because its an account bound on acquire item) We recommend to buy is sets of 5 to save your self some coin.

If no interest is generated for this, bar-charr are on site to provide alcohol.

    Dancing (competition) 16:30 - 17:30

Box o' Fun will be provided to help spice up the dancing options beyond the default /dance for charr.

Again, the competition requires a minimum of 5 guests to express interest. If not, then we will just dance to the awesome music.

    "Musical" 16:30 - 17:30

performance by Warband members playing various instruments.

To enjoy the skills of our warband members in music. We recommend you turn on musical instruments in your game settings for the event. It would be a sad day if you were to miss this grand performance.

fireworks show. 17:30 - when fireworks run out.

To close off our grand party, we will be setting off fireworks over the canton for all to enjoy.

Do note, the bar closes at 18:00 no matter how long it takes to fire off all the acquired fireworks from last Febuari.

All times mentioned are in CEST. (Central European Summer Time)

Also, the event is on the EU servers. I'm sorry NA players, but we're not big enough guild to cover that too.

  7. The access card SHOULD drop from the fight with the asura. either you loot it from their corps or the chest that spawns after.

Are you saying you dont get credit for the kill? Remember, need to kill both the asura AND his golem battle suit.

Though its possible that if you dont do damage to the asura AFTER the battle suit golem is dead. you dont get credit for your damage to the asura before the golem battle suit spawns. Which then means you cant loot the asura and so no access card.

Players who are attempting to load into the “Forearmed is Forewarned” story instance will be automatically redirected to Desert Highlands so that they can avoid the disconnection issue. The redirect, of course, will be removed as soon as it no longer is needed.

Except its redirecting to Lions Arch instead?

  10. Ok, i'm prob the only one who remembers this but. The molten Alliance pick was the very first unlimited gathering tool. But there was a thing with it. you see first gen of these were not acc bound. they were soulbound. This was then later fixed by way of an vendor you could exchange your soulbound pick for an acc bound pick.

Now my best guess is, that those picks that were not changed back then, were internally looked over when they did the change to the new system. because from a skin point of view they're the same. but from a coding point of view. 2 very diff things.

I'm sure they'll find it in the code and fix it. or add another vendor for it. which ever is easier i guess.

  11. For now only guild chairs work. That said, i would NOT be upset if it stayed this way and to get the rest of the achievement, all those chairs would need to be crafted. Maybe add it to open world too, but plz let us craft the chairs in the achievement! There are about 7 charr chairs in it and my warband NEEDS those chairs! We wouldn't even be upset if it was a bit expensive to craft, because we'd work together on it. But Charr and Norn look ridiculous on normal chairs. We need our race chair option.

    > > > * **Social Awkwardness:** This one is really frustrating, especially in fights that have a lot of zoning. If you have to move a lot to avoid damage, it's very annoying having to constantly check that you're not standing too close to an ally. It's especially frustrating when playing with pugs that constantly run on top of you. I just want to be able to focus on the fight rather than constantly monitoring my position relative to 4 other players.

    > > > * **Mists Convergence:** This one is just too random and feels like it gets in the way rather than adding anything meaningful.

    > > > * **Last Laugh:** Why is this a thing? Not hard to deal with most of the time, but it just makes cleaving trash more annoying. In most boss fights this doesn't add too much challenge anyway.

    > > >

    > > > **At the very least can Social Awkwardness at least be removed?** It's just so annoying being able to stack perfectly in every single raid encounter, but then not being allowed to do so in many of the Fractals.

    > > Were not deleting any instabilities or adding any new ones for episode 2, but we are always open to feedback on these things and swapping in new ones is never out of the question.

    > Have you thought of changing the social Awkwardbess instability to something more akin the pretrify/aoe agony like mechanic in cairn?

    >

    > 1 player gets it the playe who has it yells it and then that player needs to mind their positioning.

I like this idea far better. It creates team play, instead of "get away from me!!!!!!"

Certain fights in the fractals are in very confined spaces, making it very hard to do just because of the instability, not the actual fractal level.

If its one player and its more clearly shown, like an orange ring around em or something. Players can turn the instability in a team play thing . "You have SA? Ok you go shoot from there, we'll go to the other side".

That makes it more fun. Instead of how now if a fractal daily has it, players in pugs tend to avoid or skip it entirely.
