Authorized Retailer in Brazil

Hello there!

 

I just got back to the game (and some how convinced my friends to try the game and join me!) and was looking for some official brazilian retailers, on the GW2 website support they linked me to Nuuvem.com but I've been checking it for almost 2 months now and Gems are always out of stock, right now EVEN Path of Fire standard edition is out of stock and their support gives ZERO answers about it, they even linked me Ncsoft coins :l and they doesn't even work on GW2, come on.... Yeah I know we can buy Gems and the Expansions directly from GW2 oficial site and in game store but some of my friends doesn't have access to an international credit card and that's kinda sucks but it's a reality for most of brazilians players. Since I don't want them to risk buying from 3rd party sellers and risk getting an account block or even a ban, I would like to know if there's any way to contact the Authorized Retailer in Brazil or add some brazilian reais option on the official store/ingame store.

 

We just want to play without problems in future :(!
