Tom.6478
I have looked everywhere for a simple explanation but have found none. I have seen many videos of people targeting a foe or just a particular spot. You would see green concentric circles at the target or spot. How the hell do you do that? No matter what I try....no green circles. I'm sure its something simple, but I'll be dammed if I know what it is. I'm trying to defeat Canach where you have to target the mines, but I always miss. Any help on this will make my day.
Inculpatus cedo.9234
I think it's post-processing? At least, that's what makes the green lines around what you've targeted (if applicable). Oh, you mean a skill that has a target circle? https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Options#Combat.2FMovement
DemonSeed.3528
If you're talking about green circles, then maybe it is a ground targeted aoe skill. Maybe the setting for ground-targetting might also help you, "fast targetting with range indicator" or whatever it was called, in the combat/movement section

Haleydawn.3764
It would help if you linked these videos with time stamps.
