Any ideas?(Returning player, main character missing).

Played the game at release, leveled up a female human warrior on I think sorrows furnace and got her fully geared out. Stopped playing for a few years, reinstalled last year and booted up, my main char/warrior was still there as well as my couple alts. I didnt end up playing last year when i reinstalled, but the characters were there. Fast forward to now, reinstall the game today, log in, all my characters are gone, my main Warrior, and my 2 lowbie alts. Any idea what happened here? Should I assume I was hacked?

Yes I submitted a ticket, just wondering what other courses of action I could take and or what I should expect to hear from support. I can also provide a screenshot of the character/s on the log in screen with my account info.

When game accounts are compromised, the email associated with the game account are often compromised, as well. You would do well to secure your email account to insure correspondence with the CS Team goes well.
