Its been super disappointing buying the expansions for this game multiple times, draining the credit card and getting nothing in the game. And no answer or support for a few days now. As far as Customer Support goes, at the best of times, the CS Team allows 72 hours to respond. Now, due to high volume and the current crisis, response times are longer than usual. Good luck.
