Network error - 5 years later SAME problem

I think I might have to put this game down for good. Every so often, I'll zone into a new map only to meet "Network error. The inability to connect to Guild Wars 2 may be caused by Internet routing issues or a server network failure.

I googled it and it seems to be Arenanets shit servers. An issue they've had for OVER 5 YEARS.

Before you ask, yes I flushed dns, yes I cleared cache, yes I tried guesting. None of this worked.
