Did you guys also have huge lag spike during Tequatl encounter?

Hi guys as the headliner states I had sh'tload of lagspike during Tequatl encounter like 20-25 second delay. I saw everybody fight in front of me, but no skill I used or anything I said came out on time but with 20 seconds sometimes longer delay. I just wondered if I was the only one who expperienced this. I'm in a GMT+3 zone (Turkey) and my friends who are in the same zone (another from Turkey and another from Aegypt) said the same thing. So what was with you guys? Do you think this was server related?
