Is this issue affecting you in relation to guildwars 2?

 

Are you hosting this application in your cloud storage? Are you saying this in relation to the forum and linking?

 

I have servers on DigitalOcean but have never used AWS for a production reason and never a personal reason, I have studied it a bit but not really used it much. I don't really have issues with throughput on the DO servers and mostly I host them in Singapore. It does drop off now and again but so does my Comcast home internet but that is congestion for certain.
