Received replacement items that aren't mine

Hi everyone.

 

I just received by email (in-game) two replacement items that aren't mine. One is a Curious Mount Select License that I never bought (I don't even have the gems for it), and the other one is a Communal Boost Bonfire. I'm guessing these items belong to someone else but were mistakenly sent to my account? Is anyone missing these two items in specific?

Those are compensation for playing during the rollback. Enjoy, a lot of people that should have got them still haven’t.

Funny coincidence. I just bought Curious Mount Select License short time ago and when the mail arrived, I assumed that something bad happened. I checked it, but everything seems to be OK. Indeed I played "during" rollback. Good to know they just gave us quite valuable items just to compensate possible losses. Thank you for information.

It's not "during rollback", it was actually a few selected hours for some reason. This means many people got rolled back and don't get compensation.
