Retro.3149
I've repeatedly noticed major rubberbanding and latency issues in instanced content - dungeons, strike missions, fractals, etc. so ran a PingPlotter on the last few I played. I'm noticing 10+% packet loss per hop from Amazon servers (see hops 10,14,15 in both images below). All of the DNS names and IP addresses associated with Amazon are showing packet loss. PingPlotter images: https://imgur.com/a/TcGtm1S Is there any advice or connection tweaks available to resolve this issue? GW2 seems to be the only game affected, I can play WoW, Steam games, LoL, Minecraft, etc. without noticeable packet loss or rubberbanding issues. Bellablue.5149
Hi Retro My friends and I have been suffering the same problem and I have been talking to Customer support to no avail, they are claiming it is my ISP. Can you please submit a support ticket as I have been told that there are no other tickets with this issue then they cannot help me. Thank you Bella
