Selm.2806 Posted May 29, 2020 Share Posted May 29, 2020 First, I will quote my ticket to ANet: "Some months ago I have bought all the Living World episodes, along with the Path of Fire expansions. Every LW episode I have is unlocked, except for The Dragon's Reach, Part 2. That episode gives me a message that says "Item is purchased but not enabled on your account. Please contact support". This was the third ticket I've sent to ANet in the last twelve days. Normally I would not spam like that, but both me and my friend are stuck because I cannot advance in the story (we play together). Also, it has been twelve days now and ANet has not responded to me at all. Has anyone else had a similiar problem? Was the solution found eventually? I have done some searching and found only two stories similiar to mine, albeit about different parts of the story. In both there was no mention of how they ended.
