like Bank tab and Digital Deluxe, once i bought till i count 14 tabs total or i get the Digital Deluxe,

why they are still there for me to buy again and what will happen if i try to buy again?

if i buy and i can't use, do i have to open a support ticked to refund?

You would have to create a Support Ticket if you purchased over the limit. That's why it's best to use the little bank icon in the bank to purchase more bank slots, or bag slot icon for bag slots. As for Digital Deluxe, there are 3 different upgrades; one for Core, one for HoT, one for PoF. If you have purchased one, it will be removed; the other two will show up for purchase, as each offers different items (you can purchase all 3, if desired).
