KyreneZA.8617 Posted June 10, 2020 Share Posted June 10, 2020 I submitted a ticket on Monday (or thought I did) yet can't see it in the tracker. So I submitted it again today and still can't see anything in the tracker. Is this normal, and have I just delayed support for my issue by submitting a ticket for the same issue again? You should receive an email to the address associated with your account, as well. Make sure to check spam/junk folders, and whitelist all of the GW2 addresses. Good luck.
