freeze while playing

Hello,

when i play gw2 i have freezing game (i only play gw2 sometimes d3 but nothing noticed in freeze

Config: Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 core processor, 3600 MHz 6 core 12 processors (temperature 56% with the game open)

Motherboard: B450 TOMAHAWK MAX (MS-7C02)

RAMS 16 GO Window 10

Temperature: System 33C PCH 38C CPU 64C

Uses a crucial SSD

Only games that freeze for 1 to 2 seconds

I already tried - repair

I use the AMD Adrenaline software

I use arcdps / d9dx12

All driver has been updated

I play with 5 pages open more or less with youtube and discord

I play in full screen window

This week I tried to look at my rams for 3200 MHz

I really need help It is really frustrating to play with the game freezing as often and random as it does.It can happen 1 time or several times

the computer was bought at black fridays 2019

i have try wow todays no freeze

Freezes even if you have no other programs open
