[issue] Vendors: give quantity option that doesn't work

Some vendors, including the Decoration NPC in guild halls, have arrows meant for you to select the quantity for the selected item you wish to purchase - but don't work. Hence you have to click one by one and, on top of that, confirm each single purchase in a pop-up confirmation window.

 

Do you have any idea, ANet, how long it takes to, let's say, trade in 2,000 Furniture Coins that way?!? :angry:

 

It's the total opposite of a user-friendly design. **Please change this** with all affected vendors - thank you.
