Otter's Enrichment

Please introduce a recipe or vendor that would allow players to exchange their +20% Magic Find Otter Enrichment for one with the stats they want.

 

~or~ enable us to transmute our existing enrichments to have the Otter effect.

 

Don't forget to make the same changes for Koda's Warmth.
