BobbyBigTime.7192
Me & a friend are doing HoT together (we bought recently during sale). I'm the party leader & he's in the party doing the missions with me. However, when the missions are ending i'm getting the associated mastery points for the achievements & he is not. His acheievements are saying complete, but he's not receiving the mastery points. Is this a bug? Can we not do HoT together? We did PoF together just fine with 0 issue. Ototo.3214
That's bizarre, I've never had masteries not register if the achievements are completed and I've done the story with friends a lot. The only thing I can think of is if he's not clicking accept credit for story missions. I think some achievements also cannot be completed if you aren't the party leader or if it's the first playthrough of the instance, but in those cases the achievement shouldn't show as completed. Did your friend complete 'Torn from the Sky'? It's required to unlock HoT Masteries. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Mastery#Unlocking_the_mastery_system_and_its_blocks

I guess I met the requirements without even knowing it.
