Dadnir.5038 Posted October 21, 2017 Share Posted October 21, 2017 The answer to the question would probably be "no for a reaper buff in power but maybe yes for a necromancer buff in power". The reason why they can't give a buff to power reaper is because they aim at a certain design philosophy for power damage and reaper achieve their objective in this area thanks to _gravedigger_. However, the core necromancer do not achieve such result so they might as well direct the buff here which would indirectly buff power reaper in return.
