My friend can't access account - Resolved

So. As the title says, my friend is coming back after a long break like a couple of years or even more. He tried changing account, but he get's asked for additional info such as the serial number and character name, but when he enters them it doesn't work. Any way for him to contact support for recovery or any other way to do something about this issue?

What does that mean?

I came back after more than 1.5 years and could just log in. Sorry but I have no idea what your friend tried to do when he was "changing account". Did he try to just log into the game before he tried that, whatever it is?

What I meant was that he goes to recover password (Forgotten password? button). He is asked for serial and character name for some reason. Don't know why. But it's ok now it seems it just didn't work at first and after a few tries it went through :)
