Purchased Path of Fire, it shows active on account but not in game

I purchased PoF and added the code to my account. It is showing as Active on my account page. It downloaded about 30 gig and my game login has changed to the PoF colors. When i am in game and want to start the PoF storyline for my mount it takes me to a purchase PoF link and says I need to upgrade to Pof?

 

I opened a support ticket but anybody have any other ideas?

You could try exiting the game completely, and logging back in.

Blink. You can try a -repair of the client. Instructions found in the Knowledge Base, as well as the Wiki.

Thanks for the advice. I did it but it did not solve the problem. Still says I need to purchase the expansion in game but shows active on my account

Then, you will have to wait for the CS Team to assist you. Due to high volume, resolutions are running anywhere from 1-3 days to 4 weeks+.
