Lagg.3960
I’m getting pretty low framerate (~35-45fps) since the last patch, especially in PoF and LA with Halloween decorations. Going to first person mode seems to help a little bit. Most older areas are unaffected, including Domain of the Mad King. All my settings are on High, with FXAA and Native sampling @1080p. I recently upgraded from a GTX 970 to a GTX 1080 (i7 4790K, 16GB), so I’m trying to figure put whether or not it’s related, or if Anet has messed up with their optimisation somewhere. All my other games seem to be running fine and a full reinstall + deleting local.dat and temp folder didn’t help at all.
Lagg.3960
Just tested this on a different but somewhat similar system (GTX 1070, i5 7600K, 16GB) with the same settings, and I have the exact same issue there. When I autodetect performance on both systems, the game recommends I put Environment, LOD, Textures and Shaders on **Low**. _lol_
