Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted October 31, 2017 Share Posted October 31, 2017 Your friend can contact the CS Team without logging in by using the 'Anonymous' option at the bottom of the 'create a support ticket' area. It truly makes little to no difference whether one is logged in, or not. In fact, it only recently became an option _to_ log in. Good luck.
