sms authentication issues

ok this is ridiculous! I was on vacation for a week and I come back and its giving me the authentication sms code to enter - after only a week really?! If that wasnt bad enough my phone is not working so it cant send the code but when I go to support for help it keeps bringing me back to authentication page. How am I suppose to get help in support when it wont let me access support without the code? How can I take it off my acct when it keeps bringing me back to authentication just to log into support or change anything on my acct? How the @#$% am I suppose to change it if I cant get the code? this is stupid

You don't need to log in to contact the CS Team. You can 'Submit a Ticket' anonymously (option at bottom).
