paShadoWn.5723
Namely, you don't push your friends and don't make demands of them. Do not overplay and do not expect to have a good team every single time (expecting anything is a bad habit in general), do not be a noobcaller yourself and your teams may yet improve. (As i said, do not expect this too.)

The world is not just big cities in the west. People go out and work to get the means to do the things they love. Primarily for their families and friends and hobbies. That's all love. Warm fuzzies. If everyone were just pure narcissistic sociopaths our world would've ended long ago. And I suppose things never change either do they. No individual has ever affected positive change ever in history and good communities aren't a composite of individuals trying to be nice. Feel the love flow through you my friend.
