We get 250 more Power from 25 stacks of Might now.

250 more power is a lot. It's as if you had a full charged Superior Sigil of Bloodlust for free ;)

If you have no gear equipped at all (=1000 Power at lv80) then +250 Power is a 25% Damage increase.

If you have 2000 Power then +250 is a 12.5% Damage increase and so on.

Sort of, some skills are a set number plus power times a modifier, and those skills would see a lower percentage increase.

Signet of Vampirism is the only skill we have that behaves that way.

Matters less than you would think. the scaling multipliers on all necromancer weapons are awful. Plus the condition damage is down (which matters even on power builds)

You can't really say how much damage it is because that is relative to what your damage is before, based on your gear. You can however, compare it to 25 might before the change and know that it buffs might by 33%.

Well I tried the trait with Str Runes and Str Sigil as roaming Solo in WvW and some duals and yea the dmg boost from the trait is nice for sure, if its better then a passive proc Chill of Death tho iiam not sure yet.

Might is 30 Power/30 Condition Damage normally. Not 25. Has been 30 ever since the nerf from the original 35.
