Cannot buy gems "An unexpected error"

i understand contacting the support will solve the issue.. but why we have it in the first place?

i bought 50 dollars gems pack before and i had to keep trying for couple of hours. bought another 35 dollars pack and i had the same issue.

now i been trying for one hour and i'm still getting the same freaking error.

lets face it the game needs the money. we shouldn't have any issues when we're trying to support it.

so please fix it.
